TRIMS® is an easy to use basic Learning Management System
Cresent’s Training Records Information Management System®
(TRIMS®) is a web based learning management portal.
It offers a set of features to simplify the assignment of
trainees to online and classroom-based training courses.

• Trainees can view a permanent online record of their
training history
• On-line training courses can be launched and completed
entirely within the TRIMS® interface. Trainee performance
data is then captured and stored automatically
• Administrators can view detailed real-time reports of
trainee progress
• TRIMS® supports the upload and delivery of SCORM-compliant
e-learning courses
• TRIMS® allows the results of off-line (classroom-based) training
courses to be entered manually and stored for each trainee
• TRIMS® provides on-screen and downloadable reports of
trainees requiring refresher training
• Trainees can be assigned to courses individually,
or in batches
• TRIMS® can generate printable certificates for trainees,
once they have successfully completed their course
• TRIMS® can exchange data with Cresent’s “One to Many”
training system. This allows large groups of users to receive
training simultaneously, and to submit their question responses
via key-pad handsets
• A credit-charging system enables companies to purchase and
spend credits on their employees’ training assignments
• It is possible to store and manage multiple versions of a
single course
