Cresent believe that e-learning is a valuable option in the training
delivery toolkit. Though e-learning is not suitable for all learning
delivery, for example where skills transfer is a key aspect of the
learning, it is an excellent means of knowledge transfer.
Off the shelf e-learning is lower cost than bespoke e-learning but
less effective where the required learning outcomes are, or should
be, company specific.

established having evolved since 1994 when it was an e-learning
