Safety Observation

The Safety Observation course is suitable for all employees in the
Oil & Gas Industry. This course has been developed in accordance
with the STEP Change initiative which promotes the establishment,
maintenance and development of safety observation systems to
provide a safer work environment. This course will give your staff an
excellent appreciation of the key features of all Safety Observation
Systems used throughout the Oil and Gas Industry.
On successful completion of this course, your staff will be able to
work within any Safety Observation system at any facility and
appreciate how they can take an active role within the system.
They will also have a proper understanding of their own personal
responsibility for Safety Observation and a greater appreciation of
behaving safely as a means to reduce workplace accidents.
